Traveling by car
While everyone’s journey to our wedding destination may be different, we believe you’ll be pleasantly surprised on how easy of a drive the trip is, especially if you’re coming from New Jersey. A straight shot North will get you to Hammond Castle with safety and efficiency! Be sure to plan your drive ahead to make sure you allow yourself ample time to take the trip.
For same day attendees, we strongly encourage carpooling to not just allow for easier parking upon arrival but also to gift yourself ample quality time with loved ones on your journey to the castle.
While you could choose to drive home after the wedding concludes, for everyone’s safety we strongly encourage considering seeking overnight accommodations for after the event. Refer to our selection of recommended hotels and accommodations for reference.
Traveling by plane
For our guests across the states who may find flying as an easier form of travel, we recommend flying into Boston Logan International Airport. Booking flights is made easy and several different forms of public transportation and airport transit are offered to make arriving at your destination easy. While You’re Here…
Since you’re in the area anyway, we highly recommend taking the time to explore the many beautiful sights the the state has to offer. Gloucester and the surrounding towns are full of rich culture, history, and plenty of fun activities to take part in. Apart from Hammond Castle itself, we encourage visiting the historic town of Salem, MA, visiting Stage Fort Park located just minutes from the castle, and visiting the city of Boston, MA if you’re feeling extra adventurous.
